For the purposes of this Website Privacy Policy (“Policy”), “Renewal” shall include Renewal Care Partners, LLC, doing business as Renewal Memory Partners and their affiliated entities. This Policy applies to the website located at www.renewalmemory.org and any other websites under the control of Renewal (collectively, “Renewal Sites”), however Renewal Sites are accessed and/or used, or downloads that Renewal makes available.
This Policy applies only to information gathered online at Renewal Sites. Renewal Sites may contain links to sites operated by third parties. This Policy does not apply to information gathered through these other websites. In addition to this Policy, you should review and consult Renewal’s Terms of Use. Renewal shall not be liable under any circumstances for damages resulting from the use of information collected from visitors to Renewal Sites.

Renewal Sites are published in the United States and are subject to the laws of the United States. If you are located in a country outside the United States and voluntarily submit personal information to us, you thereby consent to the general use of such information as provided in this Policy and to the transfer of that information to, and/or storage of that information in, the United States. This policy is effective October 23rd, 2014.
