Memory Cafés 

Memory cafés are social programs designed to foster friendships and build community among people with memory loss and their loved ones. Pioneered in Europe, these events are now offered throughout the United States. As grassroots endeavors, memory cafés vary from community to community. Typically, they include time for open socialization, as well as a structured group activity.
