Our mission is to bring renewed hope, purpose, and well-being to individuals giving and receiving person-centered memory care. Advancing beyond the goals of clinical care, we help clients cultivate lives rich in purpose, connection, and meaning.
We specialize in serving clients with Alzheimer’s disease, Lewy body dementia, frontotemporal dementia, vascular dementia, Parkinson’s disease, and other neurodegenerative conditions.
We are unique in our commitment to supporting the well-being of Care Partners, our term for individuals who selflessly and compassionately support our clients each day.
With offices in New York and Chicago, Renewal is licensed and regulated by the New York Department of Health and the Illinois Department of Public Health.
The Road Less Traveled
In recent years, we’ve witnessed a large amount of consolidation among companies serving older adults, with an increased presence of venture capital, private equity firms, and other corporate interests. Given these trends, we have found it helpful to highlight aspects of our values that continue to bring purpose and meaning to our work:
We believe that the welfare of our clients and care partners must always come first.
We do not work in an “industry”; we work in the field of aging.
We do not receive commissions for referrals we provide, and we do not pay commissions for referrals we receive.
We are a family-owned social enterprise, 100% owner-operated since our founding in 2011. We are not beholden to private equity, nor any other kind of third-party investor.
We are not leveraged. This gives us the freedom to make decisions based on what is right for our clients and our mission - not what is best for short-term financial results.
