The Teal Room is excited to present an in-person Forever young experience. This is a social wellness program designed to bring joy, connection and vitality to seniors. Inspired by founder Yoo-Sun’s personal journey, Forever young combines interactive conversations, physical exercises, and music- guided meditation to promote mental and physical well-being. Participants will engage in meaningful conversations, enjoy movement activities tailored for all abilities, and relax with music-guided meditation.

Join AFA and Sing for Your Seniors (SFYS) for an afternoon filled with heartwarming Broadway music.
