Kat is originally from Lipa City, Batangas, where she has proudly called home for 40 years. She initially studied Nursing before earning a degree in Information Technology, combining her passion for helping others with her interest in technology. With five years of experience as a Healthcare Recruiter and Scheduler, she understands the importance of connecting clients and families with compassionate, dependable caregivers. Kat found her place with Renewal because of its commitment to meaningful, person-centered care. Living with her elderly aunt while her husband is currently in Canada has deepened her appreciation for companionship, family, and quality care. Outside work, Kat enjoys walking, running, and caring for her two beloved fur babies. She also believes in making time for herself—whether it’s a relaxing trip to the nail salon or a simple coffee run. These small moments help her recharge, stay balanced, and appreciate the simple joys in life.
