Kathleen is a Registered Nurse and Family Nurse Practitioner with over 50 years’ experience in home health, hospital medicine, and caring for patients with chronic diseases. She has worked as a patient advocate at Lenox Hill Hospital, Mount Sinai, and UCSF Parnassus. From 2018 to 2020, Kathleen lived in a small town in Mexico, teaching English to children and young adults. She graduated from the UC Davis Family Practice Program with a dual degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Physician Assistant and holds a Master's Degree from UC San Francisco in Health Care Services Administration. Kathleen enjoys teaching Pilates, hiking, and spending time with her daughter, a psychiatry resident at NYU.
