Ava Raw-Ramos has four years of experience in healthcare as a nurse and homecare care coordinator, where she honed her communication, listening, and problem-solving skills to build strong connections with clients and Care Partners. Ava was inspired to join Renewal because of its commitment to equity and the compassionate community it creates for each of its clients and employees to feel truly valued and supported. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Our Lady of Fatima University in the Philippines and enjoyed working in a variety of clinical settings, especially psychiatric units. In her free time, Ava prioritizes spending quality time with her husband and two children and loves planning family gatherings where she can cook for a crowd.
