Marcelle was drawn to Renewal for its strong values, purpose and human-centered approach, and saw an opportunity to contribute her experience to meaningful and impactful work. She balances her professional life with hands-on creativity. A devoted DIY enthusiast, Marcelle is a keen cook and baker. Outside of work, she enthusiastically supports her two son’s pursuits from the sidelines, always with camera in hand.
