Erica discovered her passion for working with older adults during an internship at a nursing and rehabilitation center in college. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Master of Science degree in Gerontology from Towson University. With 20 years of experience in the field, Erica brings a wealth of knowledge and true dedication to her role as Care Coordinator. Originally from Maryland, Erica moved to New York City in her twenties and decided to build a life there. When not at work, Erica enjoys traveling, checking out local live entertainment, and spending time with her husband and two young sons.
